Materials: Vintage clothing, bedspread, fabric, cotton, clock, felt, red cow figurine given by a relative, toy pipe, toy microphone, glass, stone picked up in Hayama, found parts, cup, wire, ketchup, origami paper, embroidery needle, sewing pins, iron, thick paper, robot vacuum cleaner, discarded plywood, discarded white board
I often go for walks. I've come to think of walking as caressing the earth.Countless others flow past my field of vision. Walking is about knowing someone or something. That's why I turned the sensations and memories of walking into an installation. The houseplant riding around on a robot vacuum cleaner, the baby blue dinosaur trying to sing—all these objects carry memories and meaning. They become not mere symbols, but landscapes within this room.
2024/インスタレーション
素材:古着、ベットカバー、布、綿、時計、フェルト、親戚がくれた赤べこ、おもちゃのパイプ、おもちゃのマイク、グラス、葉山で拾った石、拾った部品、コップ、ワイヤー、ケチャップ、折り紙、刺繍針、まち針、アイロン、厚紙、ロボット掃除機、落ちていたベニヤ板、落ちていた白い板
散歩をよくしている。
もっぱら、散歩は大地を愛撫することだと考えるようになった。
幾つもの他者、流れるように視界を通り抜ける。散歩をすることは、誰かや何かを知ることだ。それゆえ散歩をしている時の体感や記憶をインスタレーションにした。ロボット掃除機に乗って動き回る観葉植物も、歌おうとする青い恐竜の赤ちゃんも、そのすべてのオブジェクト、記憶や意味がある。それが記号ではなくこの部屋の中でまた風景になる。
